What is your primary product or service?
Real estate sales, rentals and property management
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Prior to opening our own real estate company we were in the hospitality business. We owned and operated a resort complex on Manasota Key. We found that many of our guests were in the area looking for real estate and so we got involved in that aspect of the business. After serving the required time as a real estate salesman we opened our own brokerage.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have always specialized in waterfront properties on Manasota Key and in the Englewood area. Over the past 30+ years we have been involved in thousands of transactions representing buyers, sellers and property owners and renters. This gives us the benefit of tremendous experience in the area.
We are one of the very few companies in the area that have an online reservation system for property rentals. Every property in our inventory has its own webpage with complete information and photos. Our websites are consistently on the first page of the internet search engines which gives us a tremendous advantage in the way people find our company and utilize our services.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our primary business location is in the heart of commercial activity on Manasota Key. Virtually everyone coming to the Key from Englewood drives past our office as they come onto the island. We fee we have the best office location in all of Englewood.

Once you arrive in Englewood from either the north or south on highway 776 you would turn west on the Beach Road causeway to Manasota Key. You cross the Tom Adams drawbridge over Lemon Bay and then the 2nd bridge at the entrance to the Key. Our office is the first building on the left after the 2nd bridge. The office is located at 1927 Beach Road. You will see signs on the building for both Manasota Key Realty and ConchOut Vacation Rentals.

Which areas do you service?
We serve Manasota Key and the entire Englewood area and Cape Haze peninsula. We also serve the surrounding communities of Venice, Port Charlotte, Placida and Boca Grande.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is owned and operated by David and Linda Lipstein, the original founders of the company.
What are your hours of operation?
The office is open from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday, Saturdays the office is open from 9 AM to 4 PM.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That they enjoyed being in the area and plan to come back either to vacation or permanently to live, and felt that they got great service from our company.
